Schenker Team build

140 intrepid employees from Integrated Logistics Company Schenker joined the Beach and Bush Adventures team on Saturday the 19th of April down at uShaka Marine world for an afternoon ushaka Challenge team building event. The group was represented by a wide range of people of different cultures, sexes and ages.

After a tough morning of conferencing at the upper deck restaurant the group was divided into teams, briefed and sent on their way. Competition was tough activity options chosen on the challenge were designed to test mental and light physical abilities in a fun way. Team building focus areas were communication, respect for roles and norms and coordination.

All groups completed the full challenge, including wet challenges such as the snorkel lagoon challenge and water slide challenges. After a hectic 2 hours a prize giving was held on a sunny grass patch adjacent to the giant sunken ship.
