Cascade Manor House has five double rooms, three suites and one family room. Each room is air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom. Television, Mini Bar Fridge, Wireless Internet and Telephone are just some of the amenities you will find in your Classic Rooms and Suite.

Whether it be a Continental or English breakfast on the patio overlooking the lawns into the hills or dinner in the Bedford room, you are assured an unforgettable culinary experience. Lunch and dinners are available on request, from gourmet grills on the patio for a group to intimate dinners for two at the waterfall. Picnic lunches and snacks can also be arranged for those going on day outings. Be sure to indulge in the chef's selection of cold meats and salamis, which is cured by the chef himself. All ingredients are of the highest quality and fresh produce is grown on the estate, which includes our own vegetable and herb garden.

Another Country Manor culinary delight is pre-dinner olive oil tasting - tasting the Manor's own celebrated produce - which is enjoyed with freshly baked bread from the wood fired stone oven.

Should you want to dine at one of several award-winning restaurants nearby, a chauffer will gladly take you there and bring you back afterwards.
