Food
Accommodation at Malapo Country Lodge includes breakfast and dinner.
Enjoy an aperitif in the Lodge's convivial pub, where the chef will discuss the evening menu with guests. A four-course table dinner is served in the cosy dining room using only fresh seasonal ingredients. Meticulous care is taken in the preparation and presentation of all meals. Rainbow trout is abundant in the "Highlands" and is a table specialty. The trout served at Malapo Country Lodge is local produce. All vegetables and herbs are organically grown on site. Choose a bottle of South African wine from our wine list to compliment the meal.
What better way to start the day than with a hearty breakfast served on the patio in the fresh country air. From our patio, guests can keep an eye on our "bird restaurants" where our feathered residents enjoy their breakfast. Our guests can choose a English or Continental breakfast.
A party of guests may request dinner to be served in the thatched lapa, creating the ambiance for a true South African evening under the magical skies.
