Moores End is a guest lodge that consists of four tastefully furnished self-catering cottages on a small protea farm in the heart of South Africa's picturesque Western Cape Winelands - with spectacular mountain views.

Moores End is located in Stellenbosch, less than 45 minutes' drive from Cape Town. It is ideally situated to explore the many attractions of the celebrated Winelands region.

Moores End offers self-catering accommodation in 4 cottages with magnificent views of the mountain surroundings - Tara's, Mullberry and Peach Tree.

These private, self-contained cottages have either one or two bedrooms, a large private patio for outdoor living and braais, kitchen and a living room with cozy fire place. All towels and linen are provided.

Communal facilities include an exquisite pool and, for the more energetic, an on-site tennis court.

Accommodation at Moores End is on a self-catering basis, with each cottage featuring a fully equipped kitchen. Should you wish to take a break from cooking however, the Stellenbosch region features many fine, award winning restaurants, pubs and cafes.

With its relaxing setting, Moores End is ideal as a base for exploring the 3 local Wine Routes: Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, and a berry farm for afternoon tea just around the corner.

Alternatively, just sit beside the pool with a book and admire the mountains, with only the guinea fowl to disturb you.
