Environment Info
The Grietijie Game Reserve and Balule Reserve in which Kulungi Riverside Lodge is located forms part of the Greater Kruger Park, which means the prolific wildlife is free to roam over what is an increasingly vast area, thus easing the need to cull & control, letting nature do this instead.
There are daily sightings of a variety of wildlife including elephant, giraffe, hippo, zebra, many varieties of antelope, warthog, monkeys, baboons and occasionally some lions and leopard.
Activities
While staying at Kulungi Riverside Lodge, guests can experience the exhilaration of open-air game drives and bushwalks in the wild bushveld of the Kruger National Park and Grietijie Game Reserve, where you can view wildlife in their natural habitats.
Guests can also go on a variety of day tours to fascinating places like the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Centre, Amarula Lapa and HESC Cheetah Centre.
