Hawane Luxury Chalets: Our 23 thatched luxury en-suite chalets are a fascinating, inspired blend of traditional Swazi materials and glass pannelled front walls creating a delicious combination of warmth and light. Waterways meander through the indigenous landscaped gardens enclosed by a serpentine braided wattle fence.

The feather pillows & down duvets, sheen & linen mixed with hessian & printed cloth complete the cultural / contemporary synthesis unique to our style. Each chalet sleeps two in single or double bed configurations.

House Boat Accommodation on Maguga Dam: This beautiful sleek cruiser sleeps 4 and is fully equipped and self-catering. There is a radio/CD player, barbeque facilities, fish and depth finder and en-suite facilities. Optional extras include packed meals from the Taste of Africa restaurant, Sundowner packages, daily rentals and gillie services (including a boat driver, if required).

The beautiful Maguga Dam is surrounded by gorgeous indigenous bush, has stunning bird life and is well stocked with Large Mouth Bass (the record catch was + 5kg).

Malolotja National Park Cabins & Campsite: Set in the dramatic Malolotja Mountains, these 13 spacious, self-catering, fully equipped chalets each sleep 4 (with extra loft space for bigger kids). Fireplaces and awesome views enhance the warmth and charm of the national park experience!

There is a communal lapa area as well as picnic sites close by. The well maintained roads are suitable for road cars. A variety of excursions and packages are available in our game drive vehicles or on foot with or without a guide.

Camping, in the campsite with ablution facilities and communal lapa, or on the trail, is also available.

Hawane Backpackers Hostel: This beautiful high-ceilinged converted barn has been transformed into a funky dormitory style hostel with showers, toilets and kitchen facilities. We can stable 36 people in 12 twin rooms - bed configurations are up to the occupants.

Conference Centre: Situated away from the main lodge for privacy and with its own ablutions, service kitchen and bar, this room is ideal for social functions, weddings, team building, meeting and incentive groups.

Stables: 2 Dressage arenas and horse riding & stabling facilities.

We also have a small shop for the little things...sweets, cigarettes, books, sunblock and that sort of thing. We will be developing the shop in the near future and providing T-shirts and souvenirs as well...watch this space!

Hawane Resort Conference Centre provides seating for up to 78 people, arranged in a classroom configuration.

Dedicated laptop plug points are situated throughout the room. A full range of equipment including a data projector is available for hire. Full prices are quoted with booking enquiries. 3 types of lighting levels are provided to suit various applications.
