Hike up the rugged river gorge arriving at a series of rock pools. Here you can try your hand at Kloofing, jumping from 3 metres to 22 metres high. It might look a little crazy - it is!

• 07:15: Meet at Abseil Africa, 1 Vredenburg Lane, Long Street (Above Long St Liquors)
• 07:45: Depart from Cape Town.
• 08:45: Arrival at Sunbird Lodge for a delicious breakfast
• 09:30: Enter the Gorge for a +/- 45 minute walk into Kamikaze Kanyon
• 12:30: Lunch at the pools, leading to abseil down Thunder Falls. -17:30: Arrival back at Sunbird Lodge for Sundowners (cash bar)
• 18:30: Departure from Sunbird to Cape Town
• 19:15: Arrival in Cape Town
