Two Oceans Aquarium

The southern tip of the African continent is the meeting place of two mighty and bountiful oceans, the Indian and the Atlantic. The Two Oceans Aquarium on the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town is ideally positioned to showcase the incredible diversity of marine life found in these two oceans. The Aquarium is one of the top tourist attractions in Cape Town and over 3000 living sea animals, including sharks, fishes, turtles and penguins can be seen in this spectacular underwater nature reserve.

A fantastic outing for the whole family, as well as being great for children's birthdays and a spectacular backdrop for functions with a difference.

The Two Oceans Aquarium is open every day of the year from 09h30 until 18h00. It is recommended to allow 1 to 2 hours to enjoy the diverse and magnificent displays.

Any store purchases, refreshments and extra aquarium activities (e.g. shark diving) on offer. It is also recommended you wear comfortable walking shoes for your visit.

This is a wheelchair-friendly venue, as well as being good for all ages.

Your ticket is valid for the entire day. Have your hand stamped at the entrance turnstile in the foyer if you would like to visit us again on the same day.
