Stormsriver Adventures is a professional adventure and activity company based in the heart of the Tsitsikamma Forest in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Adventure activities take place from the adventure centre on the scenic little village of Stormsriver.

Our adventures cater for all tastes - mild or wild - and experiences include the Woodcutters Journey Tsitsikamma Forest tour.

Tsitsikamma National Park stretches for 80km from the Krom River Forest Station to the Salt River. It lies between the Tsitsikamma Mountains and the coast in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Tsitsikamma is a Khoisan (early inhabitants of the area) word meaning, "place of much water" and is Africa's oldest and largest marine reserve, playing a vital role in the preservation and conservation of marine fauna and flora.

Accommodation is available within the Park, but day visitors are also welcome.

The Lion Park tour offers you the chance to have an adventure cuddle and interact with wild Lion cubs and sometimes Cheetahs and Tigers which makes for great photographs.The other wildlife is also awesome especially the baby Giraffe with the two foot blue tongue who insists on licking you hello!

Although you can get to the Lion Park on a self-guided basis, popular East London based backpackers, Sugar Shack, offers an all-inclusive day trip to this popular Eastern Cape wildlife experience.
