uShaka Kayak Lessons - learn to take in Durban's coastline from a different perspective!

uShaka Kayak Lessons are a low-intensity activity, offering an exciting and educational experience just north of the Durban harbour in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

Launch in front of uShaka Marine World and paddle leisurely to the magnificent Vetjies Reef, where on a clear day, you can see the reef and its entire splendor. Cruise over the shark nets and amble towards Limestone Reef where an abundance of life has grown over an old 1940 shipwreck. Guided by trained kayaking instructors, this is a not to be missed experience that is available to the young and old, fit and lazy!

This activity is ideal for corporate groups who wish to enjoy a unique experience and develop team spirit in a group.

As you learn to kayak you'll get to spend time with the dolphins in the Indian Ocean off Durban's Vetchies Beach. The highlight of the experience is kayak surfing lessons in the waves.
