Ushaka Marine World Shark Cage Diving

Located in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa uShaka Marine World has developed out of a vision to create a world-class entertainment and tourism destination for Durban and all of South Africa.

Incorporating fresh and sea water, natural materials, the recreation of a wreck of an old 1920 cargo ship, coupled with indigenous African imagery, lush vegetation and maritime images of the Port of Durban, uShaka is a complete 'marine world'.

For the adrenaline junkie nothing beats taking the plunge and coming face to face with the fierce sharks at uShaka's Xpanda Shark Cage Experience.

The inhabitants of the Fierce Shark Tank are Zambezi sharks and Ragged tooth sharks. Here you need only your swimming gear, a mask and snorkel to be lowered into the shark tank in an acrylic cage to view these magnificent predators of the sea close up in their own environment.
