Ushaka Marine World Snorkel Lagoon

Located in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa uShaka Marine World has developed out of a vision to create a world-class entertainment and tourism destination for Durban and all of South Africa.

Incorporating fresh and sea water, natural materials, the recreation of a wreck of an old 1920 cargo ship, coupled with indigenous African imagery, lush vegetation and maritime images of the Port of Durban, uShaka is a complete 'marine world'.

The Avis Snorkel Lagoon is uShaka Marine World's offering that gives you an opportunity to swim with the fish in the aquarium. You can snorkel among colourful fish species and come face to face with sharks through an acrylic panel. In this unique environment you have the opportunity to snorkel with a huge variety of marine life!
