Focused teambuilding activities are designed to encourage communication, respect for roles and norms, cohesiveness, interdependence and goal specification. The course is carried out in a fun and relaxed environment and team members are encouraged to participate and contribute. Teambuilding activities are low impact and can be done by all ages and fitness levels.

Focus is on encouraging team members to think through the various tasks. Facilitators are in attendance throughout the teambuilding activity course event, which typically takes between 2 and 3 hours.

A massive selection of activities is on offer to be incorporated into your specific sports team building activity course, including spear throwing, blindfold croquet, an art challenge, puzzle building and traditional teambuilding activities.
