Csi Team Building Challenge

Beach and Bush Adventures is one of South Africa's top corporate teambuilding and event organising operators.

The whole group is briefed by Beach & Bush's Chief Investigator and each team is allocated a Forensic Kit - a handy carrier box filled with an ultra violet light, tweezers, bottles, bags and stickers for collecting evidence and other handy tools. Each team receives a CSI manual providing background information on the case and suspects.

The CSI Team Building Challenge is divided into sections, and the teams must move through each, completing relevant tasks. For example, crime scene, interrogation room, ballistics range and identity kit. Although this teambuild is not a race, time allocations are given for each section to encourage quick thinking and successful planning of how to approach each stage.

A Beach and Bush facilitator mans each stage and notes the group dynamic and skills or faults shown. Teams must piece together the evidence to build a case and justify an arrest warrant proving means, motive and opportunity. In some sections there are clear winners, but otherwise the facilitators liaise with the Chief Investigator to decide which team deserves the honour of being named the "best CSI investigators".

South Africa. The CSI Team Building Challenge can be done anywhere. uShaka Marine World in Durban is a great venue, but Beach and Bush will facilitate the team build at your choice of venue country wide. Simply enquire and we will see what we can do.
