St Lucia Kayak Safaris was established in 2001 and has been operating kayak safaris in and around the Wetland Park in northern KwaZulu Natal, South Africa since that time.
We have striven to bring awareness and enjoyment of the Wetland Park to both local and foreign visitors, and have a passion for wilderness and non-impact tourism.
Kayaking is one way we can experience nature up close whilst having almost no environmental impact whatsoever - producing little noise, no erosion and no pollution. We are also diligent that our tours produce no littering.
The Wetland Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the conservation of the diversity and natural beauty of this unique area, where visitors are able to combine a safari with a sea-side experience.
