Smb amazing race team building
SMB's Amazing Race team build in and around Durban
SMB participated in a whirlwind morning of team building with Beach and Bush Adventures today. The brief was to supply an exciting morning of activities both adventurous and mental in the greater Durban area.
The teams started in Lahee Park in Pinetown with blindfolded croquet, then raced off to Ushaka for a Kayaking challenge in the sea. From there they went to Fitzimins Snake Park for poleroid pictures whilst holding a variety of large snakes, then an art challenge (painting the Umhlanga Lighthouse), collecting curios from the sharks board, an activity course on the Berea including spiders webs, blow darts, magic carpets and team ski races. Finally the teams raced back to Kloof and Makarange lodge to decipher some cryptic clues and ended off with Beach and Bush's giant jigsaw puzzles.
In the end, team Orange came from behind to pip team yellow at the finish. Team Yellow led the day right up to the last few minuets when the puzzle building skills of team Orange carried them through to take the day!
All in all not bad for a mornings work!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Janine from Blue Q for contracting Beach and Bush to facilitate the team building portion of the event.
